Anemia

Assalamulaikum & hai
as request by seorang adik.

Anemia?
well, according to my 'handsome-gorgeous' dorland's pocket medical dict.
it describe anemia as ;
reduction below normal of the number of erythrocytes, quantity of hemoglobin, or volume of packed red cells in blood, symptom of various disease & disorders..

dalam bahasa mudahnya, pengurangan sel darah merah dalam badan.
di mana, sel darah merah (hemoglobin) yg membantu oxgen bergerak dlm darah & membawa keseluruh badan (organ2)...
dalam sel darah merah sahaja, oxygen ni bjalan/dibawa ke seluruh tubuh.
jadi, bila kurang sel darah merah.
pesakit akan mudah tidak bermaya. organ juga payah nak mmembuat aktiviti harian mereka.
dalam darah kita ada oxygen.
bila darah merah xde, oxygen pon iyyyyeeelleeekkk (xda)

cerita tentang anemia, masa zmn sekolah. sy ada kwn pesakit anemia.
alhamdulillah dia skrg dah sembuh & know what, he already in Tanta.. doing his medical studies..
waw!
alhamdulillah.

ok, ada beberapa symptom penghidap anemia.
1. pucat lesi
2. tidak bermaya
3.susah nak bernafas (dyspnea)
4.bengkak tangan & kaki
5.rasa nak muntah
6. berpeluh
7.najis berdarah.. ada bit darah.
& many more.


bagi saya, untuk kes kanak-kanak mungkin berat.
tapi bagi kes rang dewasa, permakanan jug perlu di ambil berat.
sila consume makanan yg boleh menyumbah kpd penghasilan darah baru.
amino acids, iron and vitamins B-6, B-12, C and folate


red meats, dark green leafy vegetables, whole grains, prunes, raisins, unsulfured molasses, soybeans, legumes, nuts and seeds.

Vitamin B-6 is present in organ meats, fish, poultry, whole grains, wheat germ, mushrooms, greens, cauliflower, cabbage and avocados.

The best sources of folate are dark green leafy vegetables, such as spinach, kale, chard and beet greens.

Vitamin C is found in fruits, vegetables and sprouts.

Any protein-rich food, such as meats, legumes, brown rice, eggs or soybeans, will supply adequate levels of amino acids.

untuk ubat yg diberikan doktor, sy cadangkan pakar.
sbb untuk recomand ubat ni, kena atas nasihat doktor, mengikut daya tahan pesakit.
sama ada sesuai dgn tubuh pesakit.
kadangkala ubat kena lain2, sbb ada pesakit yg allergic.
pls consume direct through doctor ok?


insyaAllah, untuk sakit anemia tidak se-serius lukemia.
apa yg pasti, kena optimis & cuba ikhtiar untuk berubat.
